Salary: $26 - $32 / per hour (Days)

Salary: $28 - $34 / per hour (Nights)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or services provided to clients receiving contracted services, as required.
• Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient/client condition and report to appropriate physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document their effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols; identify areas for education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of RN experience preferred.
