Job description

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Pulling, filling, packing and setting up orders for delivery or pickup
2. Maintain the ability to determine the status of an order at any given time
3. Produce quality products to meet and exceed customer’s expectations
4. Follow any special instructions pertaining to an individual order
5. Function as back-up driver when needed
6. Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person
7. Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up
8. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor
9. Assist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently
10. Process returns accurately
11. Present a neat and professional image
12. Assist in keeping facility secure
13. Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
14. Seasonal Requirement: Assist with snow removal
15. Other duties may be assigned.

Schedule:

1. Monday-Friday day shift
2. Every other Saturday 7am-12pm required
