Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging music lessons, modifying plans as needed.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Apply research-based teaching practices daily.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Use curricula reflecting students’ cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Implement school-wide culture and norms.
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress.
• Incorporate technology to enhance learning.
• Participate in non-instructional activities and collaborate with colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
