Connected Health Care is seeking a Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an exciting opportunity with one of our valued partner facilities in Austin, Texas. This is a 13-week travel assignment in a specialized Neuro Rehabilitation setting offering both inpatient and outpatient services.

Job Description:

As a Travel CNA, you will work closely with nursing staff and therapists to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing neurological rehabilitation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, etc.)
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Supporting therapy sessions and mobility exercises
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  
  

Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Neuro Rehab

Hours: Day Shift | 5x8s or 4x10s | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Texas (or compact state)
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• 1 year of recent CNA experience, preferably in rehab or acute care
• Prior experience in Neuro Rehab is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
