This job is remote.

Our client has an opening for a Service Desk (739934). This position is up to 6 months, with the option of an extension, and the client is in Raleigh, NC.

  2. Experience working in a call center environment and Service Desk role Required 2 Years
  3. ServiceNow experience Desired
  4. HDI Support Center Analyst, ITIL v3 Foundation A+ certification highly preferred
  5. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office suite, and O365 Required 2 Years
  6. Troubleshooting skills in desktop hardware/software, network connectivity, network printing, email, smartphones, and web-based applications. Required 2 Years
