Located on our historic campus in Towson, Maryland, Sheppard Pratt School and Residential Treatment Center (RTC) serves youths ages 12-18 with emotional and behavioral challenges in a MSDE-approved program.

The One to One/Therapeutic Behavior Aide role offers entry-level experience in special education, supporting teachers as a paraprofessional educator or 1:1 aide, documenting progress and assisting with IEP goals; starting pay is $18.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Supporting the teacher as a paraprofessional educator and 1:1 dedicated aide.
• Supporting IEP goals by documenting progress and providing instruction.
