Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to collaborate with teachers in supporting students aged 5–21 with autism and behavioral and developmental challenges. You will assist with academics, behavior support, and daily living goals under teacher guidance.

A caring, consistent approach helps students grow and thrive. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 21 years old, with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least three months of experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavior management and classroom support strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
