Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required prior to hire.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire date.
• AZ IVP FPCC fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Works with special education students individually or in groups on academic, social, emotional, functional, language, and behavior skills.
• Assists with feeding, toileting/diapering, physical activities, instructions, and behavior management.
• Monitors student behavior and enforces school policies.
• Ensures safety on playground and cafeteria; accompanies students between locations.
• Prepares classrooms and materials; assists in planning and feedback for lesson plans.
