Qualifications

• High School diploma, Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or minimum 48 hours of coursework.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with classroom activities and adaptations under licensed teacher supervision.
• Support instructional plans and IEP goals.
• Follow teacher directions and document student progress.
• Assist with daily activities, journals, and reading tasks.
• Provide supervision and behavioral support as needed.
• Communicate with teachers daily about student needs.
