Job summary

Fusion Academy in Miami is seeking a Science Teacher to deliver personalized, 1-to-1 instruction for grades 5–12. You’ll design engaging lessons, track progress, and collaborate with a passionate team to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

The role is on-site with flexible scheduling, opportunities to mentor students, and a focus on differentiating instruction for learners with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences and neurodiversity.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
