Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a 1:1 School LVN in Corona, CA to support student health in a school setting. The role requires alignment with LPN/LVN scope of practice and state regulation, with a per diem schedule and typical local pay rates.

The LVN will monitor student health, provide health education, and coordinate referrals as needed while ensuring compliance with school and state guidelines. Strong communication with staff and families is essential.

Formación

• LPN/LVN license in the assignment state.
• At least 1 year of school nurse experience preferred.
• One year pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate as required by contract or regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

The 1:1 School LPN/LVN is responsible for identifying andaddressing health concerns in students within the school setting. This roleincludes promoting general wellness, providing health education, and supportingdisease prevention efforts. The School LPN/LVN monitors the student’s physicalcondition throughout the school day and refers to appropriate healthcareresources when necessary. All care is delivered in accordance with the SchoolLPN/LVN scope of practice and in compliance with applicable state educationcodes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state which services arebeing provided

• One year of school nurse experience, preferred

• One-year pediatric experience, pre

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
