AB Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a school-based 1:1 nursing role in Naperville, IL. The position offers consistent daytime hours, Monday–Friday, approximately 30 hours per week, for the 2026–2027 school year.

Pay is up to $50/hour with ASAP start. Responsibilities include ongoing nursing care, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with school staff and the educational team to support the student’s health needs.

Formación

• Active Illinois RN license or qualifying multistate license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a school environment.
• Pediatric, school-based, home health, or 1:1 nursing experience preferred.

The Opportunity

You’ll provide dedicated nursing support to an individual student throughout the school day while working alongside school staff and other members of the educational team.

Responsibilities may include providing nursing care according to established orders and care plans, monitoring the student's health and safety, maintaining appropriate documentation, and communicating with the appropriate members of the student's care and educational teams.

What We’re Looking For - Candidates should have:
