Delta-T Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking multiple Teacher Aide / One-On-One (1:1) professionals to support students in local school systems for the 2026-2027 year under independent contractor terms. Immediate start available.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, pass background checks, and can participate in additional training on ADHD, autism and related topics; duties include keeping students on task, assisting with IEP/BIP goals, and aiding class transitions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to satisfactorily complete and pass background checks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional training on ADHD, Autism, and related topics is provided after selection.

Responsabilités

• Ensure student remains on task academically.
• Ensure student progresses according to IEP/BIP.
• Assist student with transitioning between classes during the day.
• Perform other professional duties as requested.
