Maxim Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to be responsible and accountable for applying the nursing process and delivering patient care. Our nurses are expected to perform consistently according to nursing standards, managing patient care and assisting in the management of patient care.

Current Open Case:

Location: Washington, PA 15301
Position: LPN/RN Gtube, Ileostomy, Trach
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 am - 6 pm (Days)

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
2. Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
3. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
4. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual or potential nursing diagnoses.
5. Perform other LPN duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current health certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior LPN experience preferred.
