Pediatric School Nurse - Providence RI

Are you a compassionate nurse ready to embark on a uniquely rewarding journey? Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide 1:1 care for a pediatric patient in a school setting in Providence, RI.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm
• Flexible scheduling available in other towns throughout Rhode Island, allowing you to choose your schedule.

Your Role:

• Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive patient care
• Conduct focused interviews to identify patient needs
• Assess signs and symptoms, documenting nursing diagnoses
• Perform other RN or LPN duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN License in Rhode Island
• Current Health Certificate
• Current MMR, VAR, TDAP vaccinations
• Current PPD test or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS certification
