Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in the Altoona area. This role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality home health care with a focus on client and family well-being.

You will travel to client homes, follow doctors' orders, assess patient conditions, and document care and interventions. BAYADA offers onboarding, training, and opportunities for career advancement with competitive pay and benefits.

• Dayshift available
• Full shift work
