BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Decatur and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career.

We offer $35–$38/hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN options, day and overnight shifts, and no weekend requirement. Growth, mentorship, and 24/7 clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to a single client in the home environment.
• Deliver care with focus on patient and family needs.
• Collaborate with BAYADA clinical teams for ongoing support.
