Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Auburn and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career.

Earn $35–$38/hour with weekly pay and flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN options. No weekend requirement. Join a team that offers 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in the client’s home
• Offer flexible scheduling with day and overnight shifts
• Receive 24/7 clinical support from BAYADA
• Work in Auburn and surrounding communities

Education
