Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Missouri is hiring LPNs and RNs for private duty nursing (PDN) positions in and around Joplin area, including Oronogo. You will provide one-to-one care to a single patient in the patient’s home, supporting families and following prescribed care plans.

This role offers flexible scheduling with weekday, weekend, overnight options, weekly pay, and premium pay for shifts. Pediatric experience is a plus, but training is provided to cover PDN responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN licensure required.
• Experience with private duty nursing (PDN) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in the home setting.
• Follow care plans and document patient progress.
• Coordinate with families and care team to ensure quality care.
• Support flexible scheduling, including overnights and weekends.
