Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Proficiency in tracheostomy and G-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care during school day and at home when needed.
• Assist with tracheostomy and G-tube care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient condition throughout the shift.
• Communicate with family, school staff, and Castor clinical team.
• Complete nursing documentation.
• Provide compassionate and dependable care.
