Job summary

Castor Home Health Solutions is seeking a RN or LPN to provide one-on-one nursing care for a young child in Dunlap, IL. This full-time day position offers a consistent schedule where you focus on one patient and build a trusted relationship with the child and family.

Both RN and LPN licenses in Illinois are accepted; CPR certification or willingness to obtain is required. Paid, hands-on, case-specific training and 24/7 clinical support are provided to new graduates as they start this pediatric

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home.
• Monitor the child’s condition and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Follow the individualized plan of care.
• Communicate with the family and Castor clinical team.
• Complete required nursing documentation.
