Qualifikationen

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• 1 year pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Hands-on G-tube feeding experience.
• Experience with pediatric respiratory complications.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, compassionate, 1:1 pediatric nursing care.
• Accompany the child from home to school and provide care all day.
• Monitor the child's condition and respond to changes.
• Provide G-tube feedings and related care.
• Monitor for and respond to respiratory complications.
• Collaborate with the family and Affirmed Home Care's pediatric leadership team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate changes to the care team.
