Job summary

Qualifications

• Identify patient using two identifiers according to policy.
• Provide 1:1 observation under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality; follow infection control.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient using 2 patient identifiers and receive RN report.
• Maintain 1:1 observation and ensure patient safety.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and transfers as needed.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality; promote infection control.
