Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support patients in their homes with essential daily tasks and compassionate care. You will assist with hygiene, grooming, nutrition, and daily living activities, while providing meaningful companionship and relief to families.

The role emphasizes dependable attendance and the ability to coordinate with the nursing team, ensuring safe, respectful, and dignified care for each client.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and document notes.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting and nutrition.
• Help with daily living tasks like light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and conversation to support emotional well-being.
• Schedule appointments and communicate needs to nursing staff when appropriate.
