Job summary

Bancroft seeks an Education Program Associate to support 1:1 paraprofessional tasks in our Preschool & Early Education program in Moorestown, NJ. The role provides direct student assistance, planning support with teachers and implementation of IEP-driven activities.

Regular collaboration with classroom staff, behavior monitoring, and a focus on enabling independence. Hours are 8a-3p, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $20.07-$22.63 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of direct support experience, preferably within an educational or classroom-based setting; or

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing classroom instruction to meet educational needs per IEP.
