Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Paraprofessional/Health Aide to support students in the Bronx, NY area. The position runs Monday through Friday, typically 8am-3pm, with compensation starting at $23.70 per hour.

This is a long-term/temporary assignment for the school year. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one of: Health Aide Certification, Personal Care Aide, or 1+ year paraprofessional experience with the ability to obtain a Letter of Recommendation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one of the following: Health Aide Certification, Personal Care Aide, or 1+ year paraprofessional experience with ability to obtain a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual children or groups during instructional activities and special projects planned by the teacher.
• Assist the teacher and team in instructional activities and materials development.
• Provide information about students to help tailor learning experiences.
