Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Scranton, PA is seeking licensed nurses to provide one-on-one home health care for adult and pediatric clients. Our roles include tracheostomy and ventilation support, with paid self-directed and tailored training to advance your clinical skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and paid training from day one. Shifts include mornings, evenings, overnights, and PRN or full-time options, with bonuses available for specific schedules.

***BONUS OPPORTUNITY***

• If you are available to work Thursday - Sunday nights (7p - 7a) OR Monday - Sunday daylights (7a - 7p), earn a bonus to help our client in need!
• $500 after 90 days, quarterly pay out from there; offer valid through May 2027; up to $1,500 total!

How we prepare our Nurses for success:

• Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
• Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
• Around the clock clinical support by phone
• Electronic charting using AlayaCare

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
