Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate nurses to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes, with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and PTO. We match you with the nearest cases to shorten commutes and support work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.

From day one you’ll receive paid training in the office, at home, and online, plus simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support to help you grow and succeed in home health nursing.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
• Ability to work in home health care settings

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered nursing care in home settings.
• Follow individualized care plans and document using AlayaCare.
• Coordinate with office staff and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Complete charting and clinical notes in a timely manner.

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Many of our clients require advanced care, such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. So, if you have high-tech experience, we’d love to speak with you! If not, we offer paid self-directed and tailored training to nurses to advance your skills to the next level.

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight

Requirements:
