Job summary

Fusion Academy, a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12, seeks a Math and Science Teacher in Raleigh. You’ll design creative lessons, shape flexible schedules, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to personalize education—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5; specifics shared during interview. You’ll teach a broad range of science and math courses with curriculum and resources provided, mentor students, and engage with parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential are a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of science and math courses with curriculum provided.
• Experience with students including those with learning differences or mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a personalized, one-on-one setting with a focus on individual student needs.
• Adapt lessons and assessments to fit each learner.
• Mentor students and support social-emotional growth.
• Build partnerships with parents/guardians and collaborate with campus colleagues.
• Maintain accurate student records and contribute to campus life.
