Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Raleigh is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Office and deliver compassionate in-home care.

As part of the BAYADA team, you will follow doctors' orders, perform client assessments, document care, and work with autonomy in the home setting. The role includes paid onboarding, flexible schedules, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing in the state of North Carolina.
• Preferably 1 year of nursing experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client near you for in-home visits.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Operate with autonomy in the client's home.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Preferred: One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $32/hour based on qualifications and availability
• Opportunities for higher pay dependent on client availability!
