Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home health care for clients in their own homes, delivering tailored, one-on-one care.

You will use electronic charting, work with a supportive team, receive paid training with simulation labs, and have flexible shifts (days, evenings, overnights) with PRN, part-time or full-time options in a care-first home setting.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid U.S. nursing license, graduated from a qualified nursing program, and ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, or overnights. Flexibility for PRN, part-time, or full-time work, with no weekend or minimum shift requirements.
