Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Bloomsburg is hiring licensed practical nurses to provide compassionate, one-to-one care for adult and pediatric clients in home settings. You can choose daytime or night shifts with premium pay and a mix of full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, all supported by onboarding and ongoing training.

Expect ongoing orientation, a collaborative team, and the ability to travel to nearby client homes with documentation of doctors' orders and patient condition updates.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN diploma or equivalent, active license in good standing.
• Strong patient care skills and compassionate bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
