Job summary

The Menta Education Group is seeking a Paraprofessional to assist classroom instructors and staff, providing targeted teaching and general student support within the school environment.

You will monitor students under licensed supervision, prepare materials, and assist with behavior programs while maintaining confidentiality and contributing at staff trainings.

Hours are 7:30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, following the school calendar; compensation ranges from $17.97 to $27.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• Paraprofessional certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress.
• Flexibility to adapt to routine changes.
• At least 23 years of age.
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students.

• Maintain confidentiality of students and records.
• Attend all staff meetings and in-service training as requested.
• Report any unusual incidents or safety concerns to the administration.
• Support and promote administrative policies and goals.
