Community Partners in Strafford County, NH is seeking in-home personal care providers to work 1:1 with children and adolescents who have intellectual disabilities.

Ideal candidates have experience with disabilities, especially autism, are energetic and good communicators, and can build community connections. Transportation is required; valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance must be provided.

All applicants must pass a background check as part of the consideration.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, especially autism.
• Energetic, observant, and a great communicator.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 personal care to children/adolescents with intellectual disabilities.
• Support goals from the In Home Supports plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and skill-building.
• Coordinate transportation to fulfill program requirements.
