Job summary

Clementine ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Chesapeake, VA team. The RBT will provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy and implement plans created by a BCBA, while collecting data on client progress and coordinating with families to drive outcomes.

The role offers flexible schedules and full-time or part-time options, with a pay range of $22–$26 per hour. Travel to local clients and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
