Job summary

Clementine ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Fairfax, VA. You will deliver 1:1 sessions, implement treatment plans, and track client progress with accurate data documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ensuring client success, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.

• Collect and document data on client progress.
