Adoration Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health in Owensboro, KY. This full-time role provides 1:1 patient care per the plan of care, with independence and team support.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted state license.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of insurance.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 client care per plan of care.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen and ostomy care as needed.
• Documenting nursing actions and communicating with family and care team.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies to ensure availability.
• Ensuring patient needs are met per physician instructions.
