Job summary

Fusion Academy in California is seeking a Math Teacher to deliver personalized, 1-to-1 instruction for students in grades 4–12. You’ll shape schedules, design lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues, with resources provided.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees or teaching credential are a plus. Experience with diverse learners and a growth mindset; salary starts at $32.10 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of math courses (Basic, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Integrated, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Statistics, Business & Consumer Math, Calculus).
• Experience with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.

• Differentiate and personalize academic instruction and support social and emotional development in students ranging from 4th - 12th grades.
