Since 1999, Brightmont has supported grades 1–12 with personalized, student-centered learning across 28 campuses. Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor's degree and are proficient with G-Suite and an LMS, with a background check requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Social Studies, History, Government or Economics.
• Patience and empathy; commitment to supporting diverse learners.
• Genuine passion for teaching and student growth.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and LMS.
• Ability to provide fingerprints and pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach English and Social Studies one-to-one with a student-focused approach.
• Adapt lessons to each learner's needs; no routine grading or planning required.
