Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in subject area (English or Social Studies) required.
• Patience and empathy; supports diverse learners.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and LMS.
• Ability to obtain fingerprints and pass federal background check (Arizona/Washington).

Responsibilities

• Teach students one-to-one and tailor lessons to individual needs.
• Provide instruction without extra lesson planning or outside work.
• Assist in building student confidence and mastery with gradual release.
• Support with authentic subject knowledge and engaging activities.
