Job summary

The Arc Baltimore in Baltimore City is seeking a CIE Employment Support Specialist II 1:1 (Job Coach) to assist adults with developmental and other disabilities in securing and maintaining competitive employment in integrated workplaces. You will provide targeted support and guidance during job exploration, onboarding, and ongoing employment.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel across Baltimore City and County.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Travel throughout Baltimore City & County; independent and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, individualized job supports and on-the-job training.
• Assist with onboarding and workplace trainings.
• Create and implement accommodations and natural supports; coordinate transportation if needed.
• Document progress daily and support career advancement within the organization.
