Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and in the community across Union County, PA. Roles include personal care, companionship, and participation in community activities, with flexible, part-time shifts and a focus on meaningful, client-centered care in local communities.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
