Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in developing essential life skills and independence.
• Foster a positive, respectful home and community environment.
• Assist with daily routines per the Medicaid Waiver Service Plan.
• Help with community engagement through activities and appointments.
• Provide transportation using your own vehicle if insured in AR.
• Maintain records of consumer expenses and progress.
• Contribute input during annual service planning meetings.
• Complete CPR, First Aid, Defensive Driving, and in-service training.
• Submit weekly documentation and timesheets on time.
