Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Part-Time Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients participate in community outings to reach personal goals.

We value reliability, compassion, and strong communication. You will work with individuals of varying abilities, following care plans, and may need transportation to assignments.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
