Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 support for Recipients in clients' homes.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Assist in bringing Recipients into the community to grow personal goals.
• Follow care plans and document observations as required.
