Job summary

A leading behavioral health company in Fremont is urgently hiring experienced Behavior Technicians or RBTs for a 1:1 ABA program. Compensation ranges from $30 to $35 per hour based on experience, with flexible scheduling available. Candidates should have RBT certification or substantial behavior support experience. This role involves directly supporting a client with severe maladaptive behaviors and requires reliability, patience, and physical capability to manage episodes.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and patient while managing aggressive behaviors.
• Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA.
• Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior.
• Accurately document session notes and incident reports.
• Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team.
