Job summary

Pillar High School in Livingston, NJ is seeking a dedicated 1 to 1 Aide/Paraprofessional to support teachers and students in a 1:1 setting. The role involves assisting with daily routines, academics, and therapy-related activities in a special education environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction across daily routines, academics, specials and activities.

• Adapt instructional activities to learner needs and prepare materials.
• Follow directions and work independently for routine lessons.
• Support therapists' strategies and safety procedures with equipment.
• Supervise bus arrivals and departures per schedule.
