Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma required.
• Experience with children in educational/afterschool settings preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Background check (CORI) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to the student in the afterschool program.
• Support behavioral, academic, social-emotional, and development needs.
• Assist with homework, enrichment, and afterschool activities.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment.
• Communicate needs and progress to staff and families.
