Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Point Pleasant, NJ for in-home ABA therapy with clients. This role involves delivering 1:1 therapy under a BCBA-designed plan and collecting client data to track progress.

You will collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success while maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment. A 40-hour RBT course and background check are required or you must be willing to obtain them; a high school

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
