Job summary

Beyond Behavior Consulting is seeking a Behavior Technician II to deliver high-quality ABA services to children in home, school, and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting behavioral data.

The role emphasizes teaching new skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment. New entrants with relevant coursework or experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months of Behavior Technician experience, or a related bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to use electronic timekeeping and data collection systems.
• Background clearances (PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, FBI fingerprints) required.
• CPR Certification and Mandated Reporter Training certification required.
• Physically able to participate with clients (sitting/kneeling/bending).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and graph client data during daily sessions.
• Maintain accurate session notes and VB program books.
• Communicate with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and care team.
• Attend supervision meetings and complete required documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
